The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tim Meyer. Council Members present LyDell Mairs, Ben Gemar, Rob Waletzko, Ken Williams and Jeremy Waliser joined via Zoom. Guest in attendance Lynn Kaspari-Ransom County Gazette, Tim Jordan, Chris Sandvig, Ron Brewer.

To approve Jerry Ramerman resignation as presented, his last day is November 4th 2022 as discussed in the Public Works committee meeting held on October 20th 2022. All Aye
