The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tim Meyer. All council members were in attendance, except Lydell Mairs. Guests in attendance were Jerry Ramerman, Tim Jordan and Lynn Kaspari – Ransom County Gazette.
MOTION-Cole SECOND-Smith
To declare a Health Emergency Declaration. All Aye
All department heads updated the council on each of their department Protocols.
Mayor Meyer announced that City Administrator and Public Safety Committee will be in close contact and the council will be kept informed of any happenings.
MOTION -Gemar SECOND –Rondestvedt
To increase the City of Lisbon Liability coverage to 10 million. All Aye
