March 5 2021- Special Meeting
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tim Meyer. Council Member Ken Williams was present, Rob Waletzko, Bob Smith and Jeremy Waliser joined via Zoom. Guests in attendance were Jerry Ramerman, Don Eppler, Janna Miller, Tracy Eslinger, Jerry Gemar, and Mattie Richardson – Ransom County Gazette.
MOTION – Williams SECOND – Smith
To approve the following Gaming Permit:
- Lisbon Bissell Golf Course- Poker Tournament All Aye
Discussion was held on the Riverbank Stabilization project.

To instruct Tracy Eslinger to arrange a conference call with Brent Kahl’s Manager to get more clarification, if this project needs to be engineered.
