June 10th 2021 Special Meeting
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tim Meyer. Council Members, Jeremy Waliser, Julie Cole, Ken Williams, Bob Smith were present, Rob Waletzko, joined via Zoom. Guests in attendance were Jerry Ramerman, Don Eppler, Tim Jordan, Jon Oien, Jerry Gemar and Lynn Kaspari – Ransom County Gazette.
Jerry Gemar announced that the Building Permit presented from DignDesign was not going to happen and asked to
please disregard.
MOTION -Waliser SECOND – Waletzko
To place Cody Anderson on a 14-day suspension, to follow up with 1 year probation. Kristina Dick and Jerry Ramerman to work with Public Works Committee to arrange a low effort performance improvement plan, that will not take up too much of Jerry Ramerman’ s time. Cody Anderson will not be allowed to be late or take off unscheduled PTO. Cody Anderson will understand that he will be treated differently than any other crew member. OR He can resign his position tonight. Aye Waliser
