Community meeting – Lisbon Recreation board

The Lisbon Recreation Board is at a point in time where significant changes are needed for the rec programs to continue to grow and thrive. There are many areas where improvements are needed, but the board is lacking the manpower to do so. For this reason, the board has been discussing a new structure which will involve a committee focused format to allow increased participation from parents and community members.

The board strongly encourages you to attend the next rec board meeting on October 20th at 6:30pm at the Lisbon Firehall to hear more about the proposed changes and ways that you can be involved. If you have or have had children enrolled in any of our programs, please plan to attend to find out how you can help.
