May 12th, 2021- Special Meeting
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tim Meyer. Council members Ken Williams, Rob Waletzko, Jeremy Waliser, Lydell Mairs with Julie Cole, and Bob Smith joining via zoom. Guests in attendance were Jerry Ramerman, Don Eppler, Janna Miller, Jerry Gemar, Wade Urbach, Connie Radcliffe, Paul Radcliffe, Duffy Hansen, and Lynn Kaspari – Ransom County Gazette. Guest Breanne Carlson, Wes Wells, Ryan Lyons, Jill McRitchie, and 2 unidentified joined via Zoom.

To approve the 402 Rose bid from Dig-n-Design for $10,000.00. The house needs to be demolished and lot cleaned up by October 31,2021. All Aye
Extra territory discussion was held, and Don Eppler will explore in more detail and bring back to Council June 7, 2021.

To approve Moore Engineering to re-locate the pins on the LBJ lots. Jerry Rammerman to be present. All Aye

To approve the following building permits:
- 2931 Lisbon Bissell Golf Course, 4 Valley Road – Replace concrete, add patio
- 2932 Fargo Roofing/XTREME Fitness LLC, 310 Main St – Replace roof
