Due to an increase in the cost of garbage tipping fees, the City of Lisbon will be raising trash (but not recycling) rates. Trash rates will increase effective January 17th, $3 per residential garbage tote and $5 per yard dumped for commercial dumpster users. This will be reflected on the billing due Mar 10 which includes utility charges from 1/17-2/17.
