The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tim Meyer. Council Members present LyDell Mairs, Ben Gemar, Julie Cole, Rob Waletzko, Ken Williams. Guests present were Eric King, Tim Jordan, Jerry Gemar, Jeff Leadbetter Lynn Kaspari – Ransom County Gazette, Tracy Eslinger – Moore Engineering, Janna Miller, Matt Sandvig, Jared Hoff, Ron Carlson, Kurt Louden, Lori Lyons, Nikki Kenyon, Courtney Vesel, Catherine McCleary, Kevin McCleary, Richard Schmit and Lisbon High School students

Tim Meyer mentioned that the Red River Water Supply Project next meeting is on April 25 @ 2pm in Council Chambers.
Jerry Gemar gave an update regarding the Executive Properties building permit which expires on 5/1/2024.
Ron Carlson spoke regarding the upcoming Hi-Way Rollers car show on August 28, 2024. He has requested the City obtain permission for closure of Highway 32 on this day as in the past.

Kristina spoke about this week’s events in coordination with City Government Week. She also gave the council an update on how the legislature has changed the required date for reorganization following the election. This will be
July 1 prior to the City Council regular meeting on that date.
