April 25th , 2022 – Special Meeting
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tim Meyer. Council Member Jeremy Waliser, Rob Waletzko, Julie Cole, Ken Williams, Bob Smith and LyDell Mairs were present. Guests that were present, Janna Miller, Jerry Ramerman, Chris Botz COE, Adam Gamblin COE, Tracy Eslinger, Jerry Gemar, Neil Olerud, Justin Ward, Justin Olson, Zach Stulz, Mike Nims, Ron Brewer, and Ron Sveum, joining us via zoom Ben Gemar, Lynn Kaspari, Stacy Herchael , and Jen Maus.
Chris Botz gave us an update on Bald Hill Dam and the outflows right now. Concern was for the rain event happening this weekend will depend on flow plus local flow may affect the crest and over land flooding.
Tracy Eslinger gave an update if we would crest at 18’ we would need to place the flood wall on the Hwy 27 bridge. It would take approximately 4-6 hours to get the walls up. He provided a map and elevation chart and the protection at each levee. He stated to have heavy equipment lined up and sand.
Tim Meyer reported about the situation of the riverbank at the entrance of the ND Vets home, this will need to be addressed after the river levels stable out.

To appoint Mayor Meyer as the Flood Emergency Contact/Coordinator for the City of Lisbon. All Aye
Next meeting will be Thursday April 21st, 2022, at 1pm at council chambers.
