January 4^th, 2021

 

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tim Meyer.  Council members in attendance were Waliser, Williams and Mairs, Council member Smith and Cole joined via zoom.  Waletzko joined later.  Guests in attendance were Jerry Ramerman, Tim Jordan, Don Eppler, Janna Miller, Luke Butzon with Mattie Richardson – Ransom County Gazette, via zoom.

To approve the minutes from the December 7^th, 2020 Meeting and December 21^st, 2020 Special Meeting.                                                                                                                                                                                                                  All Aye

 

Discussion was held on 402 Rose St.

To table 402 Rose St until next month. Don Eppler to report on the findings about the vehicle.                All Aye

To approve Moore Engineering as the Engineer for the Riverbank Stabilization project.  Subject to review of the Engineer Contract by the City Attorney and contingent of funding.                                                                                All Aye

Spec house counteroffer of purchase price $284,000 to include purchase agreement, deed, Abstract and ½ of closing fee.                                                                                                                                                                                         All Aye
